After a career change in 2019 into DevOps automation, I spent four years on assignment within a major national energy company. During the first two years, I focused on test automation and tooling. Over the following two years, I designed and deployed a dedicated forge for automated testing, while mentoring and training junior automation engineers. My next assignment led me to manage the development forge of a software product as well as the SaaS operations of that same solution. For nearly a year now, I have also been leading the ISO 27001 compliance efforts for this scope.
